Just purchased my third CR-V LX from Manley Honda Santa Rosa. Got a great deal for a year-end trade, & took advantage of it with 4 days to spare! A terrific trade amount on a new 2021 C-RV EX, lower monthly payments, the color I wanted, & a 90-day first payment. It's a little roomier, the tires are a gauge bigger, for a smoother, safer ride. My salesperson, Gregory Morelos, Manley's Special Finance Manager, expertly guided me through the process, always an overwhelming one. Greg was terrific, answering my questions, and getting me to the point where he handed me the keys & I was on my way in my new ride. Thank you, Greg, and Manley Honda Santa Rosa!

Initial contact is seriously lacking now and also pre-Covid. I have stood in the doorway for several minutes and no one acknowledges you. Everyone is running around, talking and laughing amongst themselves or looking down or at their computers. Horrible customer service. Hansel Honda in Petaluma has it right, with someone who greets you when you arrive. This has always been your company's strongest weakness and continues to this day. Bill Robertson is the one person whom I like to interact with.

That guy Jesus, met me at my car, but he didn't want to give me a chance to ask the questions I needed answers for on my vehicle! he just wanted to send the car for service and not talk to me about the PRICE, OR COUPON ~ kept rubbing in my face about the COUPON that it was supposed to be getting this other price!!! but instead, I was getting a discount!! what? with this pandemic, he is lucky I brought the car in !! and then at the end, he pushed me into NO don't give him 4 stars, give him 5 or nothing! ~ NO I don't care for his pompous attitude or I'll go somewhere else. Send me a coupon for a free tire rotation, I own 3 HONDA VEHICLES, ill share my time and experience if you send me a coupon for an oil change and tire rotation,how is that?
