The service representative was nice, however when we requested that the exterior be washed, it was not done. Had an electrical issue happen with the touch screen, but has not happened since. Waiting to see if it does it again, will bring back in.

Rather disappointed in them. Had the recall two months ago, went down to the dealership and they said it looked like it was already done. But he (Ted K) would call me for sure which never happened. WRONG! Got another recall notice. So this was a recall on the airbags from the first recall. NOT HAPPY in the LEAST.

My 2004 Honda Pilot needed several repairs to correct oil leaks and other problems. Shawn (service advisor) was welcoming, and made sure to understand what was needed. The vehicle was checked and Shawn communicated the estimated cost. Work was expensive, but well worth it for my current needs.

Excellent persistent service from America and from the rental people. I much appreciated having the use of a rental. Just one detail, the Clarity hybrid was revving very high a few times with not much power when going up a long hill. I couldn’t figure out how to correct this
