I brought my 2019 Ridgeline in for 5000 mile service on 12/21/2020. It was the first time for which I was assisted by America as my Service Advisor. And I must say that America provided me with the best service I have ever received at Manly Honda! And that is saying a lot, because all of the Manly Honda Service Advisors that have assisted me in the past have been truly excellent! America was professional, knowledgeable, patient, polite, courteous, friendly, and welcoming. I could go on and on! She really took the time to listen to everything that I had to say and addressed with me point by point all of my reports and statements when I entrusted my Ridgeline to her care. She also thoroughly and patiently explained to me all work that would be completed on my vehicle and patiently answered all of my questions....even those that were repeated by me multiple times! America even notified me by cell phone of a couple of needs that she recommended for my vehicle that we hadn't previously discussed...prior to the work being done, in order to obtain my consent. With the service technicians, she addressed all planned and unplanned work needs for my vehicle and again, patiently explained everything to me during the process and when I picked up my vehicle. America was fast, efficient, and thorough and very personable! She really made the entire experience very pleasant and comfortable for me. And she completed ALL of this in only 1 day!
