I've bought two cars from Manly Honda in the past five years, both from Jesse Broadway. The entire staff is helpful, friendly and knowledgeable. Jesse knew exactly what I was looking for, and found the perfect preowned cars for my needs. They also took two older cars as trade-ins, which relieved me of many potential headaches. I rented a car with Manly Honda and the process was incredibly easy. I sent in my vehicle for a large maintenance service and they included a free rental since it will take hours/days to complete. I really enjoy working with this dealership.

Making an appointment for service took 4 different calls. First connected to Hyundai, then was put on hold and the person I was talking to kept disappearing. The day I brought in the car for service was better and smooth.

On line purchase no contact delivery worked but the website needs work The information I submitted was not passed on to the sales person Had to send multiple emails

AJ made the lease trade in process as quick and painless as possible. He worked hard to get me exactly what I wanted and when they didn't have a car on site they sent out for one and gave me a nice loaner until they got the model for me. Sean also worked well with me to keep my payments the same for the model I wanted so I appreciate that. I sprained my ankle the day I was supposed to go to the dealer and pick up my car and was unable to make it at our appointed time. AJ was kind enough to deliver the car to my house. My out of the way and far away house. I was in a lot of pain and quite bummed I wasn't able to make it in so I was incredible greatful he was able to deliver it. He was very kind and made a usually painful process not so painful. Even with some paperwork that needs to redone, they offered to bring it to my home since I restarted work after Thanksgiving break. Great service, love my new car, and I have no complaints.
