Best experience I’ve had at Manly Sales or Service Dept since I bought my Clarity in 2018. I want to thank Shawn for providing personal concern and service under poor working conditions. There appeared to be plenty of staff to check on their cell phones and visit with one another but no one was capable of assisting persons trying to get through paperwork and get paying customers on their way. 3 hours for routine service and having to wait for paperwork is not a good practice

I brought my CR-V in for warranty work. A speedy drop off with a loaner car. Work completed as promised. Ted took my payment over the phone which enabled a quick pick up and rental return the following morning. A good experience with the Manly service department.

The overall experience was great. I was able to conduct everything online and they delivered my vehicle to me. It was a seamless transaction. I am very happy with my purchase.

The staff at Manly Honda answered my questions vis a phone accurately and the car I purchased (a used car) was great! Overall a good experience.
