America was very friendly, extremely helpful and efficient. She made having our vehicle serviced a very easy task. When we picked up our vehicle the tire pressure low light came on in Cotati. We called America and when we arrived back, she was so quick to resolve the issue for us, we were very grateful.

Service was extraordinarily amazing in times like this my only recommendation would be when I drive up it shouldn’t take as long if I have an appointment for someone to help me other than that everything was amazing

Excellent customer service, I was very happy with how I was told only what my car needs and not conned into anything I don't need. Jennifer in customer service was awesome when it came to choosing the services needed for my car. Denise Rice was a good laugh as well, helping me with a rental while my service was done!

Yesenia made the process of selling them my car super comfortable and easy! Even though we didn’t meet in person she was really professional and answered all the questions I had!

My experience was phenomenal. Aaron was extremely responsive and helpful during the buying process. My delivery driver (free delivery by the way) Brian was extremely excellent. He helped point out some of the bells and whistles I may have missed on the car, and was extremely kind, punctual, and all around an asset to Manly Honda. Would do business with again for sure.

Although sometimes really busy all of the service agents are helpful and timely. The reception ladies can be a bit off putting and rude at times but the customer advisors and the rest of the team make up for it. The waiting room is clean and a great place to do work or just relax. Because of the great service I have had my car serviced here since I bought it.

Very kind to me when I forgot some things. Worked extra hard to help me in a difficult time and I greatly appreciate it. Thank you for taking such good care of me!

When I brought my car in the service advisor was immediately ready to check my car in. Jesus was very personable and easy to speak with. He explained what would be done with the service and asked if the time frame given for the car to be promised was good for us and they kept to that promise.

Ted got me in on time and my car was done on time Everything was AOK was a rainy day didn’t need a car wash
