I like how seriously Manly Honda is taking Covid-19 and keeping the customers safe with the practices they’ve put in place. While my vehicle was there for a recall issue, they did an inspection free of charge!

Jennifer was great (She gets 5 stars). Met me at the door and made sure every question I had was answered. Very happy working with her. Renee Was disappointed with the guy who moved my car backing it into another car until it hit. Yes, I watched that happen. (0 stars)

Tried to attribute warning lights to my not being able to...

Tried to attribute warning lights to my not being able to put on my gas cap correctly. Seriously? Warning lights came back on. Strong smell of fuel all around the inside and out. Again, the person working with me used words to make it seem as if I was partially to blame - "when you filled up the tank, that just pushed it over the edge." No, you shouldn't have patronized me the first time and checked the car out instead of putting me at risk and trying to make it seem like I exacerbated the situation by the normal act of filling my car with gas.

America was very conscientious and professional while helping to problem solve what was happening with my Honda. Everything was resolved, and she went out of her way to show me how to adjust the knobs on my dashboard. She did a great job!
