America made certain that my tire rotation instructions were delivered to tech as well as the replacement pin for protective oil pan skid plate. I have had tech's (not Honda) not follow proper OEM rotation directions for my tire type. Denise quickly had me in a rental car to minimize my wait time for returning to work. I was put in the same car type that I drive making it very easy to adapt. When I came in to pick up my car I was very happy to find that the rotation had been done correctly. The only thing that was incorrect was the service tech put the previous days date in place of the actual service date on the service sticker. No big deal! The oil change coupon that I used made the service cost comparable to other shops and the service was excellent.

Very convenient service and extremely friendly staff. The service was quick also both for the truck but also pickup and drop off time. First service experience was a 10/10.

Honestly the best car buying experience I have had, even amongst the Manly dealership "family". The process was straightforward, no pressure even in the Finance & Insurance portion of the sale. They were also very efficient in getting my car prepped as well.

Great service first when arrived to being done with when all done. Great job by America Quiroz. She arranged a lyft for me to go shopping and arranged for a pickup when my car was ready .Awesome
