First off, it was really an incredible experience. Arrived and had Tom Haidet waiting outside for me. he helped me to compare side to side the different models I was looking at and let me know the total amount that I would be financing. Paul also came by and was a very customer focused dealer. There was no pressure at all and it was awesome. After figuring out all the details I went over to Ali and he was very helpful in describing each of the extended warranty deals. Overall a great experience.

America was great - very professional and pleasant. 1 appointment for 2 recalls, but it turned out that a part was not in stock, which is no biggy. But Manly could have postponed until all parts were in stock, so only 1 appointment would have been necessary.
