Had to wait about 10 min before getting help. Ron was able to wait on me after no rep was available. Ron provided excellent service. Provided me lyft while waiting for my car repair due to a recall. He also followed up with me and arranged a lyft pick up for me. Overall it was a great experience.

I have gone to a few Honda dealerships in the last couple years and have found the service department at Manly to be the best. I have been dealing with Chris Reid there, and he is always friendly, patient, knowledgeable, and caring. He remembers what still needs to be taken care of on my car, even if it's been awhile. He explains everything to me, no matter how many times I have to ask. Plus, he has a really great sense of humor which helps put me at ease. Thank you Chris for all that you do. 🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩🤩

Over the phone, America took down my problem accurately, The car alarm was going off when there was no one or thing around it. She offered me a diagnostic appointment. What else could I do? Low and behold, it was a little item that was causing a big problem, a broken car hood latch. America tended to me well!
