Had a great experience with everyone! I wasn't even waiting very longing but they apologized for keeping me waiting. It was busy but Denise, Tracy & America worked together to get my vehicle checked in and me into my loaner car. I've been coming here for years and they have continiously stepped up their game to make customers' experience a priority.

I got my car serviced here recently and couldn't be happier. America Quiroz was my service advisor. She was really nice, thorough, and helpful. Will definitely request her for my next service! Denise Rice was really helpful and nice with getting my rental car as well. Also, my car looked and drove great after the service.

Sventlana and Josh were both great! Svetlana really listened to our needs and was able to find the perfect vehicle for us. The fact that she came in on her day off to help us, perfectly shows her commitment to service. She was pleasant, helpful, and made the whole process easier. Josh did a wonderful job explaining the warranty options available to us. He was able move us through the final signing process efficiently and politely. Josh was personable, professional, and approachable.

Buying a car is never easy. I was able to get all the paperwork done before I got there. I showed up, test drove the vehicle and was out of there in record time. The staff is super friendly and wasn’t pushy at all. I got a great deal and it was the most pleasant time I had buying a car. This place was recommended by my cousin and now I will recommend this place to my friends and family as well.

I received a recall letter from Honda informing me they...

I received a recall letter from Honda informing me they had recalled and wanted to replace my drivers side air bag. I called Manly Honda and spoke to Susan. She possess a wonderful and relentless attitude to help, even when I gave her scant information. After researching the issue, she found the answer "Honda has not began to manufacture replacement bags." Not the answer I wanted to hear, but throughout Susan remained determined to help. She even suggested I buy a new Honda. From Manly. Good work Susan!

I had a great experience here today! I needed a new...

I had a great experience here today! I needed a new battery and brought my car in close to closing time/4PM, and everyone (I worked with Ted and Susan) was so nice and did not hurry me at all. They also asked me if I was due for an oil change and tire rotation, in which case, they would do those things too since I was there. It worked out great!
