Trading in my old Civic for a new one had been a very smooth process until we encounter rejection from the bank I had written the check from. Alex Iniguez, your excellent and charismatic salesperson who had been assisting me with the paperwork and all the questions I had about the new car, and Joshua Feinberg, your excellent and understanding finance person who went out of his way not only to make me comfortable but to get the transaction through, together helped me finalize the process and drive out on a brand new Honda. I think Manly Honda has caring people to help one make a decision. I think it is lacking in really what each extra includes as do other car dealers. I purchased a CRV hybrid two weeks ago. Now I have to find a good cushioning for my seat. I have an issue with my hips that leaves me sore after driving about 30 min.

Very friendly, attentive staff that made sure sanitizing and social distancing were being practiced. I was helped right away and they honored my appt even though there was no record of it due to my incomplete internet registration (without condescendance!).

Easiest car deal everrrr! Ryan was professional and ALWAYS responded promptly, he made us feel at ease about buying a car that we never saw in person or even test drove. We needed a car that my wheelchair bound mom could get in, but since she couldn’t get into my SUV to shop for a vehicle...we needed help. Ryan did that for us! He had it delivered.....the universe must have known we’d get evacuated literally 24 hours after car was delivered. Incredibly easy to get her in the car. (Kia Soul btw) Oh...and the guy who delivered the car, Brian... SO professional and even texted to check on us when he saw the evacuation zone. Finance team helped us as well with payment options that worked for US. TOP NOTCH SERVICE all around. Forever grateful :-) Thx guys!!
