Jennifer was very helpful getting my rental car to me....

Jennifer was very helpful getting my rental car to me. She was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood all about the vehicle I was given. Plus she was polite and nice. Exact same rating for America my service advisor. A bit of a wait but she was hustling the whole time and apologized for the wait.

I came in for my fourth visit for the same problem with...

I came in for my fourth visit for the same problem with my car, my driver’s side mirror. First it would not move so part was replaced. Then it had a bad rattle which I came in another time to have fixed but was still there when I left. This time they found something else that needs to be replaced so my car in still there. In the meantime while waiting for my car to be serviced my partner came in with me looking for a car and he ended up purchasing a used car with Scott. He is a great salesman. I would refer my friends to him for any of their purchases.

I walk in after work to make an appointment the following week for service . Not only was I able to make an appointment Mr Rocha mentioned that I can drop my car off and get a loaner for the day . Mr Rocha was awesome thank you
