The car was delivered to me. Greg Morelos coordinated everything and he was very responsive. Great service Greg! The delivery guys were polite and arrived two hours before the stated time.

It took 3 hours to do oil change! And I never got a call, I just came back to check on the progress. They replied it was still not ready.. because they were still running the estimate I requested prior.. 3 hours is too long for this.. but prices are cheaper then what I used to pay in Napa. I guess, it’s the reason why

Jennifer was very helpful getting my rental car to me. She was very knowledgeable and made sure I understood all about the vehicle I was given. Plus she was polite and nice. Exact same rating for America my service advisor. A bit of a wait but she was hustling the whole time and apologized for the wait.

I came in for my fourth visit for the same problem with my car, my driver’s side mirror. First it would not move so part was replaced. Then it had a bad rattle which I came in another time to have fixed but was still there when I left. This time they found something else that needs to be replaced so my car in still there. In the meantime while waiting for my car to be serviced my partner came in with me looking for a car and he ended up purchasing a used car with Scott. He is a great salesman. I would refer my friends to him for any of their purchases.
