Quick, friendly, and great customer service. Got to work with Jose Rocha, he was kind and helpful through the process and helped me understand more about my car. Kept me informed on everything going on with my car while I was running errands and explained everything really well. I would definitely come back for my next service. Thank you!

Top Notch Sales and F&I Team

I grew up in the Auto Business with a "Papa" who worked in F&I. I have been around some of the best in the business...and heard stories about the worst. I bought a 2019 Honda CRV today from Manly Honda in Santa Rosa from Salesperson Isaac Robledo & F&I Representative Erik Epting. They worked hard to make my purchase happen and offered more for my trade-in than ANY other dealership. They took the time to ensure I was happy with my monthly payment and they provided truly Top-Tier Service. They were careful and cleaned the space where we negotiated to ensure it was Covid free. Huge thanks to both of these pro's and the whole Manly Team.

Used Car Evaluation and Safety Check, 2008 Honda CRV

Tracee Olibas at Manly Honda is AMAZING, very thorough, pleasant, and professional. I brought a car in for a Used Car Check and Safety Evaluation. There was a "whine" that worried me. The seller kept saying, "it's nothing", "don't worry", but when pressed and asked if he was so sure would he pay for repairs if there were any? His reply "NO WAY", "you're getting such a deal". I knew I had to get this car checked out before purchasing - for peace of mind - and to be a smart buyer! Tracee explained exactly what would be done as part of the service, she answered all my questions and made note of the noise I heard. Tracee checked for any RECALLs too, which there was one! I didn't ask her to, she just did this as part of the service, and I'm getting that fixed too! Some places would have asked me to make another appointment! Not Manly Honda - they fixed that along with the used car inspection. The service was excellent. I received a PRINTED checklist providing information on belts, hoses, exhaust system, "life" of brakes, battery, and tires, all very clearly stated as Green (PASS), Yellow (Pass, but will need service), or Red "Requires attention". Also, my mechanic (Jeff Keophilap) added detailed notes like "not an issue at this time", but what to look for in the future. As to the "whine" I heard? Sure enough Jeff heard it too! The power steering fluid was low, below the line. As part of the service, they filled it up and NO MORE WHINE! The icing on the cake was the price - not extreme like you might think with a dealership repair shop. I'm buying this car with CONFIDENCE knowing it has been thoroughly checked out! You can bet I'll be having it serviced at Manly Honda in Santa Rosa. ....Who will I ask for? You got it... TRACEE OLIBAS, Service Advisor EXTRAORDINAIRE! Let's not forget Jeff Keophilap too! I may never see him or talk to him, but I'm sure grateful for doing such a good job behind the scenes!

I had my initial car service with Manley. The appointment...

I had my initial car service with Manley. The appointment was exactly as expected, began on time and took as long as they said it would. I waited for the service to be complete and I felt very COVID safe with chairs marked off and everyone wearing masks. I appreciated this very much.

Great experience

I sold them my 2017 Toyota Sequoia. Had a great experience working with Emmet Reed. Very straightforward. We negotiated a fair price up front and that was honored when I got there. Emmet was friendly and honest. I would not hesitate to work with him again.

Trustworthy & Efficient

Have been taking my Acura here for maintenance nearly 10 years, since purchasing the car from the pre-owned lot. I have always felt fairly treated and the car continues running well. It has very low mileage and I otherwise treat it with kindness. I always go to this Honda dealer for service; the track record is great and now there is a beautiful new waiting room. Thanks!
