Absolutely pleasant experience from start to finish with...

Absolutely pleasant experience from start to finish with Alex Iniguez. I reached out online and he responded promptly, helped me figure out how to get the car I wanted and was accommodating, provided detailed charts of my payment options. I really feel like I was a pain in the butt, but he kindly worked with me every step of the way. He is very personable and when we made the drive up there, he had everything ready to go and our new car gassed up! I have recommended many people to him directly so far and will continue to. You guys got yourself a gem there, Manly!

Great service

I came in for a pretty simple service (battery replacement) but was very pleased with the way Chris outlined the pricing options and other information. I was able to get in the same day and was done within an hour. Chris is my go to service guy at Manly because he makes me feel like I am an important client no matter what silly question I may ask. Thank you Chris!!

Excellent Customer Service

I had a great experience at the Manly Honda dealership. Ron Timms was my service provider and he was great to work with. The dealership did a great job also managing Covid-19 precautions and social distancing.

I really loved the car I got, and I got it at a good...

I really loved the car I got, and I got it at a good price too. However, that being said the costumer service there was less than appropriate. We waited hours (for a cash payment, mind you) in the hot sun without being offered refreshments, and without being given an accurate time frame. There was no warnings about being short staffed, or apologizes given. Additionally, our car salesman knew we came from a town about 3 hours away, and had us at the car dealership for 4 hours. TLDR; good car, but bad service.

Service my Honda CRV

Your service department was wonderful, they came out and picked up my car brought it in and completed my service on my car and did my airbage recall. They even washed my car in the Process.

Quick and simple. No b.s..

Everyone was great. Michael was great. Very low key and down to earth people. At least everyone I dealt with. Will return if I ever need another car.

Diagnose and fix a clunking sound underneath the car.

I appreciated the friendly and quick service when I brought in my new CRV. It had a mysterious clunking sound that had developed in the less than three months since I had bought it. I was helped by Jesus Jimenez who could not have been nicer! His service Team found the problem and fixed it quickly. It was a simple fix. They tightened the lower driver’s front sway bar end link and the sound went away.
