ANOTHER GREAT TIME AT MANLY

SINCE WE HAD BEEN RESTRICTED TO OUR HOME FOR SO LONG DUE TO THE COVID-19 VIRUS, IT WAS A PLEASURE TO GET OUT AND HAVE THE CAR SERVICED. PLUS WE ALWAYS ENJOY SEEING BILL ROBERTSON, OUR SERVICE REPRESENTATIVE, WHO TAKES FANTASTIC CARE OF US. ALL WE NEEDED WAS A LUBE & OIL CHANGE, SO IT DIDN'T TAKE LONG AT ALL. AS USUAL, BILL WENT THROUGH OUR FREE MAINTENANCE CHECK LIST, AND EVERYTHING WAS FINE, SO WE WERE GOOD TO GO. YES, ALL THE MANLY PEOPLE WERE WEARING MASKS, AND THE INSIDE SEATING WAS 6' OR MORE. WE PREFERRED SITTING OUTSIDE AND ENJOYING THE SUNSHINE. GREAT PEOPLE AND GREAT SERVICE!!

OMG Yes!

The question here on this review asked me "Would you recommend this dealership?" and my response is OMG yes. There are so many dealerships out there that just don't do what needs to be done. I've been a Manly customer ever since I moved back to the area over 4 years ago and I ALWAYS get taken car. I've leased my car, 2 cars for my wife's car and 2 cars for my son a car, so what does that tell you. Go to Manly! FURTHERMORE, Alex Iniguez and Neil Stanley got me and my son out in 45 minutes. If you just do what they ask for over the phone, email and text, you can get in and out MEGA fast. I love these guys! Thanks again Alex and Neil!

Honda Pilot hatch issue

I met Jose over the phone recently and described my issue...the fact that hatch wouldn't stay up. When I arrived today/Tues/12 May, I was met by one of your service reps and then met Jose. He looked at my problem and with the help of Justin, one of your other staff, addressed the problem in record time. The hatch now stays up like it should. I would recommend Jose to any one who was looking for a dedicated Honda Service Rep. His did a great job!

This young gentleman knows what he is doing ! Very sweet...

This young gentleman knows what he is doing ! Very sweet and friendly gave me different options that fit my budget didn’t give up until he got us the best deal. We will definitely be coming back to him for our next Honda purchase. Big plus he is bilingual so my husband was abole to understand everything as well. Very happy with the service provided. Always Excellent Service

On 5/6/20, the 60K major service was done on my 2014 Honda CR-V. It was pretty easy to make an appointment online, though the system did not offer me the function of choosing my service advisor. Usually, I ask for Bill Robertson. When I arrived, I found that Manly Honda service had a thorough social distancing protocol set up. Every person on the team wore a mask. Tables where set up in front of the service lobby doors, blocking access. Everything was done with a team person behind the counter, or when they came over to talk to me in person, they stood a few feet away. I found the process reassuring. Chris was the service advisor who worked with me and he was efficient and knowledgeable. The only glitch in the process was in renting a car for the day. I had opted for this since waiting in the service lounge was not allowed. I don't know why it took so long, but eventually I was taken by two team members to the rental car and given a thorough introduction to the controls and features of the car. I really appreciated this in particular. When I returned at mid-day, return of the car and retrieval of my own car was easy. My only suggestion is that the other team members who help during the process might introduce themselves. Either I didn't notice their name badges or they didn't have them - and I am thus unable to acknowledge their helpfulness by naming them here.
