Very friendly and welcoming staff. My appointment was unexpectedly going to talk longer due to staff being out and they accommodated me with a complimentary Uber back to my work. They then called when my car was ready and Ubered me back. Overall very good experience.

Service was good overall. Jesus Jimenez was very personable and accommodating with all of my questions and feedback. My only complaint is that my rental car was not clean and when my car was returned to me, my front windshield was dirtier than it was when I dropped my van off for service.

Service appointment

All was on time and very professional. Chris was very suggestive in items to be accomplished to keep my car compliant with service book and Jennifer made sure all my paper was complete and walked me around my rental so we were both satisfied

Quick service

I couldn't get an appointment within a few days so I opted to get there first thing in the morning to get in line on a 'first come, first served' basis. It was seamless and I was treated very well.

I was greatly overcharged for a basic diagnostic. $350 is...

I was greatly overcharged for a basic diagnostic. $350 is double what I’ve been charged in the past. The following day I called the service member who helped me, left a message and never even got a call back. Not happy with my experience.

Excellent

Everything about this service was perfect. Jose Rocha was especially helpful. I boiught my CRV here and drive down from Mendocino to Mamnly Honda because of the excelloent service you provide.

Great!

Tracey was superb. She made sure I got the best deal possible and she did her research. I needed a new tire and she made sure to check if I was covered. I was! Not only that, but she had my car washed and looking brand new when I came to pick it up. Great job, Tracey!

First time here

Did not know what to expect other than hearing how long it takes to get service at a dealership. Of course I haven't had occasion to visit one since I haven't bought a car from a dealer ever!! But my experience was really surprising and I was so impressed. Jesus was very personable and he got me going right away. I was only dropping my car off for an all day Zurich Shield application but the service team got me out of there quickly. When I returned Jesus was there to offer his services in any way he could and answered all of my questions. I feel confident in my next visit to the service center at Manly

I went to Manly Honda as a first time car buyer and had an incredible experience! Micheal and Joshua were so friendly and thorough in answering all my questions. They made me feel so comfortable and confident in buying my new car. They even went above and beyond in helping me entertain my 3 year old daughter during the process. I highly recommend them and will definitely go back to them for any future car needs!
