purchased my leased civic; still waiting for title so I can register the car in my name. RE: Servicing the car, while the work is good the wait time is much too long.

Went in to look at a specific car and dealer didn’t offer...

Went in to look at a specific car and dealer didn’t offer a test drive because it didn’t have gas. Rescheduled for the next day thinking maybe they will pump in gas but nope. The test drive was to a gas station and the car turned off midway, having us Hope the car will make it to gas station. After we fell in love with the car and we agreed to buy it. The dealer handed us off right away to another dealer because he had to hurry home since he was ending his day. Over all, worse experience buying a brand new car for the first time. Had better experience at other dealerships just test driving which is unfortunate we couldn’t give our business to someone else who deserved It.

Purchased what I was looking for

Good selection of vehicles available. Overview of vehicle features after purchase was done in a manner that allowed questions when I did not understand what some of the numerous safety features were or how they functioned.

Electronic problem

They had to keep car for 2 days but found the problem However the keys have to be reprogrammed Hope to have it taken care of tomorrow

Insufficient Info

It was my first visit. So I don't have enough experience with their repairs to rate them or know if they're worth recommending, especially since I haven't tested the passenger-side airbag they replaced. Nor do I plan to, especially since I'm the driver.

Sales Person with great qualities!

The opposite of a pushy sales person is the most efficient way to go. A good listener and acknowledging with truth and facts... (and not just saying what you want to hear to make the deal) Reviewing and recapping is important too... At the end a 100% promised delivery!!! Hats off to Tom Haidet who accomplish all the above and more!!!
