Happy customer

Smooth as glass. Very friendly and knowledgeable. We would purchase another car from this dealership when necessary. This is our fourth Honda purchase. Very happy customer.

Customer service is not a concern with this dealership . Service department has no clue what a customer who supports them and has purçhased vehicles from them is respected in any way.They need to look into what it takes to really give customer service.

I find this dealership to be most helpful in selection and accommodating in their services! Everyone who helped me with the completion of my lease went above and beyond to be sure that I understood all the features of my vehicle and reassured me thatU could return at anything if I had any questions or concerns! As far as I am concerned they are all a 5 star team!!!

This center does good work and I have had good experiences with all the staffing. The one thing that is frustrating is the huge wait times and needing to leave my vehicle all day even for simple services. I have had to come back on a second day a couple of times for completion of service for various reasons. Otherwise I would give a higher overall rating.

The service department was improved and it was way more...

The service department was improved and it was way more efficient. I was appreciative of all who I spoke with. They all were very kind and I got my car finished in less than 2 hours. Jesus was very nice and did all my paperwork quickly. Mandi was super nice and we talked a lot while waiting for my car. She made me remember why I enjoy Honda’s so much. Great service.
