It went very well

They were very welcoming abd professional. The sales ladySvetlana was very ch arming. I would recommend this experience to others. The Finance manager was very knowledgeable and kept things going throughout the buying process.

The service waiting lounge is pleasant, especially with cookies, treats and specialty coffee machine. The wait period to get the vehicle in the system can be a bit frustrating. Even when arriving on time for an appointment, there can be quite a wait time to talk with a service rep. The service rep I was assigned to, Jose, was knowledgeable and quickly researched my extended warranty coverage.

A very pleasant car buying expierience.

We went to Hanly to look at a 2020 Honda Civic Si sedan. We were contacted by Fabian Nunez. He brought out a Platinum White Si, and we took it for a test drive, and were very impressed by the unit. Fabian was a fairly new sales rep., and was extremely polite, and courteous. Once all the price negotiations were complete, we went home to decide about the purchase. There was never any pressure exerted by Fabian to make a decision. When we decided to purchase the Si, Fabian went into action, and got all the prep work under way. We went in that evening to take delivery. That's when we met with Joshua Feinberg, the Finance guy. This for us this is always the most distasteful part of purchasing a car. They are usually relentless in their exertion of pressure to purchase all the overpriced extras such as extended warranties, paint, and upholstery protection, etc. Joshua didn't put an iota of pressure on us. He just went down the list, and explained the products, and checked them off. Not one bit of the usual pushiness experienced in that office. It was completely refreshing. We definitely recommend Manly Honda. Ron and Yvonne Crouse

Amazing Customer Service

I went in to look for a used vehicle and was given world-class service. Ivan was great the entire experience of the sale and Joshua was more than helpful completing the financial paperwork. I will definitely come back when I need a new vehicle.
