Outstanding Service and Parts Dept!!! Jose always makes me feel welcome and valued anytime I need service. Every staff I see, greets me and makes sure I am being helped. Waiting area is nice with free wi-go and coffee/Expresso machine.

Good Experience

They have great customer service. Jesus in the service department was very helpful. He answered all my questions and concerns. He explained with detail what they have done to my vehicle.

Air conditioner

I love the manly dealerships! I was greeted promptly by Denise Rice she was very helpful and then Mandi Sumner went and helped with paperwork ! Both ladies did a great job and made it a smooth morning for me! Very much appreciated after my wonderful experience leasing my new HRV. Great Service

The engine light had come on so in my CRV. I called for an appointment, but none were available but I brought my CRV in very early anyway. A wonderful blonde lady greeted me right away and told me it might take awhile but it was good that I brought it in. I was assigned to Andrew who then proceeded to explain what would be done and offered me an uber so I wouldn't have to wait. In waiting for my ride I had a cup of coffee which was wonderful! Everyone was so thoughtful and efficient and I had my car back in about 4 hours. Thanks so much!

Excellent triage and service

Needed to get a replacement keyfob programmed for my recently purchased 2018 Honda Accord (purchased elsewhere). They have a crew of folks who are standing by to offer assistance, they guide you to the right person to start with (making an appointment). On the appointment day, they guide you from the moment you arrive. A service rep (Chris Reid) gets the order started, then off to the waiting area. Took a couple of hours, but that was expected. This was the first time I'd used a dealership for service in more than a decade. I was very pleasantly surprised at the efficiency and communication. No hard sell on anything, and they even asked beforehand if I wanted to keep my license plate frames (a real pet-peeve of mine, having them switched out without asking at dealerships in the old days). Customer service and satisfaction is clearly drilled every day as the number one priority. My Honda has a couple of years of warranty left, and I'll definitely be back if/as needed.
