Bill Robertson is Great!

We were greeted in the parking lot by Svetlana who was just great. We met with our internet sales rep Chris whom is Svetlana's husband and we thought that was great as well. Dave was a very friendly finance manager, and did everything he could to help us make this happen. There were a few hang ups several days later but Dave worked his magic and got us an even better deal than previously expected. Making this a great experience for us. Fantastic!

Great service experience

Was notified by Honda about a recall repair so I brought my 2005 Honda Odyssey in. The dealer service team discovered that there actually was NO recall on this vehicle and apologized profusely that I had brought it in for no reason. Since I was there they offered to do a checkup and were able to fix an AC problem that I had been experiencing for several months. Provided me with Uber rides to/from home while they did the repair. Repair cost very reasonable. Tracee was very responsive, courteous and helpful through the whole process. Much better service than I've had at other dealers. I was told they service over 200 cars per day but the level of customer service felt more "small-town" which I appreciated.

Great Relationship

Honda FIT 45K Service

Every 5K mile service. More complete than earlier services due to mileage. Excellent service as usual. Bill Robertson is a gem. Whole Manly Team are very nice folks to work with.

The salesman was very thorough. Notified me of all options. Notified me of possible issues with chosen used car. Purchase completed within my time restriction. I went with a purchase instead of a lease and I’m very happy with my car. I recommend this dealership to people I speak to who are looking for a car.
