Felt like I was a piece of fish being hauled in.

Had to put up with hearing salesman’s life story. His name was micheal. Never got close to making a deal on a car. Honda makes a great truck but I definitely wouldn’t buy it a manly Honda.

had an airbag recall fixed. Well handled by Dan and Jennifer in service and car loaner, very professional and helpful. That's all I need to say.

Jose is great! Had my vehicle in to repair the same issue 4 different times. Jose really understood the Frustration here and finally he resolved the issue. Strong communication skills and easy to talk with.

Dan Pichulo was kind, thorough and patient with me explaining the process pre/post service. All went well except the service took longer than estimated which was not at all his issue.

Service added optional equipment

The service team added trim to our new Clarity. Since this was done seamlessly with the sales department, we didn't meet any of the service team who took the final steps in preparing the car for delivery. Thanks, it looks sharp!

This is where I purchased my first car ever and thought the experience was excellent. It’s amazing too because the excellence didn’t stop there, but is also reflected in their service department. Everyone is beyond generous and really know their stuff.

Easy day. Brought car in for 10k mile service and I was out within the promised time. Honda corporate and I will be working out a warranty issue separate and away from the service dept.

I came to the appointment believing that it was just a...

I came to the appointment believing that it was just a oil change and replace the replace the review mirror for it was broken. First I found out that the appointment was going to be 6 hours and it was the 60,000 or 65,000 mile service. I was told 60,000 and 65,000 at different times. Then the service would be from $700 to over $1,000. I was never told this when I made the appointment. Would have been nice if I had a “heads up”. I was very lucky that there was a loaner car available at the last minute. Had I not needed breaks I would have needed to come back for a second appointment just to replace the review mirror. Even tho I said it was broken when I made the appointment. I found that when making an appointment for something broken it takes two appointments...1. To see what the problem is. 2. To fix the problem. Seems that it may be convenient for you not to keep so many parts on hand. But, inconvenient for the customer to have to return twice.
