Will be back for the next service for my Camaro for sure! My car was ready in less then 1hr!! I also found 2 sick shirts for only $10 ea. 👍

Delays. No communication

9:30 appointment for a simple tire rotation/check service. Was told the car wouldn't be ready until 1! Why the appointment? Was told I'd get a call by 12 for an update. No call. After several calls in, I learned car won't be ready until 4. Took several calls in to get the authorization for the Lyft ride to pick up. Messed up plans for the day. No car wash. Disappointing.

Service

Unfortunately, I have had to drop off my vehicle several times over the past few months for the same issue. Things were either forgotten, overlooked, or a wrong part was ordered. Staff is friendly but difficult to get on the phone. Mr service provider apparently no longer works for the company.

oil change tire rotation

In for oil change and tire rotation. Service writer was very courteous and professional. Needed transportation back to work. Service writer set up transportation to and from my store. Thank you.

Oil Change

As always our service on our 2013 Camaro was performed flawlessly. The service tech was kind and courteous in answering my questions. Lounge comfortable while waiting. And had a visit with my favorite sales person Ken Gooler.
