nav system was not working, found the problem in 1 day. Had to order parts, fixed the issue in 5 days. Delay was caused by UAW strike.

Thorough, professional, on time
The folks here are pleasant and helpful. The video survey of my car by the serviceman gave me confidence in his work. I was informed of an unexpected issue, it was communicated to me, and was addressed the same day. Text messages kept me up to date on the status. I am comfortable knowing my truck is thoroughly checked out, properly serviced, and ready for the road. I might pay a little more at the dealer but I feel that it is worth having the service done by professionals that know my truck.

Overall satisfied
The only complaint that I have is that the papers and plastic they use to protect my cars interior was left strewn about in my car. I wish they would have a car wash as part of the oil change.

My whole experience was amazing! I went in on a Monday and drove my car home on Tuesday. I had low credit and very small deposit and they made my dream accessible to me! Deanna and Jason were super and made me feel like family.
