Found the car we were looking for online, 4 hours away in Waterloo. Called, scheduled with Rick, made the trip a couple days later. Rick was enjoyable from the start; pleasant, knowledgeable, and very considerate of our time. His follow-up since our purchase has been most kind and thoughtful. We are enjoying our new 2025 Buick Envista, and continue to be pleased by the great price -- this dealership knows how to take care of their customers. Our experience was a positive one from the start; we were greeted as we got out of our vehicle and made to feel right at home. Purchasing our new vehicle could not have been better - Thank You, Rick, and Community Buick GMC - you know what customer service is all about!

Enrique was a refreshing sales-person.

Enrique was a refreshing sales-person. He was receptive, kind, and rolled with me at the pace and place I was at the entire duration of my buying process. That was greatly appreciated and is what earned and then kept my business.

KORE.

KORE. This man was unable to come to an agreement with my family on a trade in price. He used some aggressive sales tactics, however he was unable to meet on a trade in value. This was completely fine, its a process to agree on pricing. What earned a poor review was his mannerism's over the phone when we wouldn't agree on the values. He was rude to talk to when pressed. I offered a farewell "Talk to you later", to which he replied "actually you WONT. This conversation is over" The next day he called back to make a small counter offer. I addressed his comment from the day prior and he hung up..

Kore was so kind and very helpful.

Kore was so kind and very helpful. He treated me with absolute respect and explained everything as we went. (Not my first time buying a car, and it won't be the last time I buy from him.) I'm not a huge fan of car salesman, but Kore was absolutely amazing. He didn't push me, or pressure me in anyway. Absolutely telling all my friends about this experience.

Great Job!

Great Job! Walked in to look at a replacement vehicle, left 30 later with down payment on the table. Picked up it up a few days later clean and ready to drive. The even gave me a drive back to drop off the rental car.

This dealership and the Sales Manager Corey Lake do not

This dealership and the Sales Manager Corey Lake do not care. I bought a car on 3/15. After 2 weeks, I contacted the DMV for registration information and they stated the dealership never filed the paperwork. I contacted the dealership, and they were less than helpful, and refused to admit fault. Now I will be without a car until the plates get here due to the expiration of the temporary tag, which will most likely be around two more weeks. This dealership, and particularly the sales manager Corey Lake should be avoided at all costs. I will be filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau, and the Iowa Attorney General.
