The dealership was very clean and someone helped us right away. It took quite a long time after our initial yes to get out the door. Everyone was nice, but could use more help on the backend.

I had to have my car towed in, due to oil leaking after an oil change and there was no longer oil in my car. I Was told the new filter was crimped and when tightened, it caused the leak. Service as great on getting my car into a bay as soon as possible, so my wait was not long. Ashley is the best!

Brandy was amazing! She worked very hard to get my son into a very nice reliable 2025 VW Taos! Thanks to her and the Auffenberg finance team for taking great care of us!

My car was taken to service at my appointment time. Everything was explained when I dropped the car off. I received a video of the car inspection letting me know the car was in top working order. The service writer let me know when the car was complete. Another excellent service experience.

Usually have positive experiences at this dealership, but on this particular visit things didn’t go smoothly. Vehicle only needed oil change and I was one of the first appointments of the day; saw my car in the pickup garage after about 35-40 mins but no one came out to notify me. After about 15-20 mins I went to the person who I checked in with and they forgot which vehicle was mine… In any case, a little more attention to detail would go a long way.

This dealership is always on point with everything they do. From purchasing the last two vehicles we own from Auffenburg to getting great customer service every time we go.
