Auburn Toyota is located in the foothills on the historical Highway 49. Since May 1992 Auburn Toyota has provided the area with an outstanding sales and service experience. Our facility offers a complete new and used sales department parts and service and our state-of-the-art Toyota certified collision center. Auburn Toyota is outfitted with solar panels and the Collision Center recycles water uses waterborne paints and recycles metals and plastics. Auburn Toyota is a proud community sponsor of local sports teams the Auburn Boys and Girls Club the Auburn Community Cancer Endowment Fund and the Del Oro Aquatic Center.

I had an extremely frustrating experience with the service department at Auburn Toyota, and I would strongly caution others before trusting them with your vehicle. From the moment I brought my car in, the level of customer service was disappointing. Communication was vague, dismissive, and at times felt intentionally evasive. I clearly explained the issue I needed repaired, yet after multiple visits and long waits, the problem was never actually resolved. Instead, I was given runaround explanations and excuses that didn’t match the symptoms or the work supposedly performed. What made the situation even worse was how much of my time they wasted. Appointments stretched far longer than promised, updates were either delayed or nonexistent, and I repeatedly had to follow up just to get basic information. It felt less like a professional service department and more like they were stalling without any intention of fixing the actual issue. Most concerning, the entire experience crossed into completely unprofessional territory. Rather than focusing on resolving the repair, I was put in a situation where time was deliberately wasted in ways that felt inappropriate and manipulative, instead of respectful or solution-oriented. At the end of it all, I left with the same unresolved problem I came in with, significantly more time lost, and zero confidence in their integrity or competence. I expected better from a brand with Toyota’s reputation, but this experience fell far short. I won’t be returning, and I would recommend others seek service elsewhere if they value their time, money, and basic respect as a customer.

Easy to work with. No pushy salespeople and the finance department was very efficient to work with. Transparent, honest, and zero games—ask for Jake! I had a phenomenal experience buying my 2026 4Runner TRD Off-Road Premium Hybrid from Jake Onorato at Auburn Toyota. Because I needed to handle the negotiation remotely, clear communication and honesty were my top priorities. Jake delivered on both. He was completely transparent with the numbers, went out of his way to execute a dealer trade to get the exact 'Underground' paint and specs I wanted, and made sure the TRD wheels and skid plate were handled perfectly. Best of all, there were absolutely no pricing games or hidden fees when it came time to sign the paperwork. The out-the-door price we agreed upon over email was exactly what I paid. If you want a straightforward, professional car-buying experience, highly recommend asking for Jake. Also, I did extensive research using AI tools and asked for the best salesman to work with given I had very specific goals in mind. I used Gemini Pro and it urged me to work directly with Jake. I'm here to tell you that it was an accurate answer! Jake was phenomenal!

I enjoyed working with the Auburn Toyota team. They were friendly and helpful. No pressure or games. They helped me get out of my lease and into a used truck. The truck was delivered very clean with a full tank of gas.
