Does not warranty their own workmanship. Light strip i paid them to install now falling off truck. Check out process paying for service refuses to look up GM rewards number to " prevent fraud." Truck leaks fluid after routine servicing. I drove 35 miles to go to this dealership since I bought truck there but not any more!!!!!

This was the best customer service we have received.
This was the best customer service we have received. They did not have the exact truck in stock so they ask if they could look around and locate what we wanted. They located the exact truck and did a dealer trade. Great buying experience. everyone we dealt with was awesome.

Careful using this service department , we took our 2009
Careful using this service department , we took our 2009 Tahoe in for the airbag recall , no lights or warnings on the dash until we got it back . Now they want to charge us to diagnose the problem , pretty shady in my opinion . Comes in with no warnings , leaves with warnings !

This was a very easy process as I tried to buy my vehicle
This was a very easy process as I tried to buy my vehicle through 6 other dealers and Thompsons came out on top. There was one pretty big glitch during the final financial part that definitely gave me pause. The out the door price was more than agreed to based on the salesman not divulging a cost that didn?t apply with the interest rate I wanted. Big shock, but in the end after I thought it through, it was still the best deal for the vehicle I wanted.

Not a great experience at Thompsons.
Not a great experience at Thompsons. 11/16 I was coming from 90 minutes away. I told Chris I would be there between 1 and 2 p.m., and he said they had everything they needed from me. Arriving at 1:30, Chris seemed confused and surprised and then went on to say how they were short-handed. Cut to 3 hours later, they are finally ready to sign the paperwork—typical finance guy hard sales pitch about upselling warranties. Noting multiple scratches in the hood and tail lights before leaving, they say they will call to address them. 11/18 After a runaround, they say they will order the lights and call back to schedule picking up my truck. 12/5 I have to call back. The parts department tells me that they have it, but the service department has amnesia. 12/16 I call again because I am getting emails for my service appointment. Once again, the service department has zero clue what my request is or whether any parts have been ordered. They have all been trained to say they will look into it and then do nothing and hope you go away. BY FAR THE BIGGEST JOKE OF A DEALERSHIP.
