I appreciate all the options made available to me

I appreciate all the options made available to me regarding regular maintenance on my vehicle, leaving the ultimate decision to me. I was concerned regarding whether my brake pads were worn and needed replacement, the service team reported back to me that the brake pads were in excellent shape and nothing was required. I appreciate the honesty from this dealership.

Most everything was great.

Most everything was great. I was not able to understand what the technician said on the video, but Lee at the check out desk answered my concern. The technician talked too fast.

Came in for an oil change the Thursday before and come to

Came in for an oil change the Thursday before and come to find out they never did the oil change. I had to then have a new appointment and waste even more time on the following Monday just to get it done. My oil change is already free so I didn’t care about any of that but some sort of compensation for wasting more time and mileage on my car should have been offered. I didn’t care enough to mention it but i definitely think something small would’ve went a long way because after that experience I do not feel like I was valued as a customer at all.

I went to do oil change and maintenance for my Toyota

I went to do oil change and maintenance for my Toyota Camry, they usually take 1 hour to 1 1/2 hours but this time they took more then 3 hours which is ridiculous and they took only this time because I asked for my keys and I told them that I was not going to wait anymore after 3 hrs that’s when they decided to do the service in my car if not I would have to wait for another 3 hrs which was the of waiting after my first 3 hrs there. It was never like that but this time I had a really bad experience.

The workers were very professional and explained everything to me. It was quick and easy and was notified promptly when my vehicle was finished being serviced.

I was kept well informed throughout the process.

I was kept well informed throughout the process. Staff were polite and efficient. I particularly appreciated the the pictures of the rodent damage so I could see for myself what happaned.
