Quick and professional

My service was very quickly done and Lee was very professional and helpful. He made sure I had a rental car and went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my service.

Came over to change my battery and the oil change.

Came to know that for the tyre rotation , maita toyota has been charging me $30 but it is generally free. I was never informed about that earlier , I always thought that it was done for free. Also I have a question reg the battery discount , so I replaced my battery and it was my first time replacement after I bought my car and since it is only 5 years from the purchase date , I should have received 25% off on the new battery but I didn't get any discount , any reason why ? And every time I hv to request for the car wash and they don't do it on their own , why ? And this time the car wash was broken so couldn't get it washed , isn't washing the vehicle part of the service ? Not satisfied with the above things but customer service was really good and Qerim was awesome !!

Bait and switch con job in classic style

The definition of a predatory dealer. One of the few around that still practice the old school style of bait and switch, dishonest dealings at least as far as used cars are concerned. I have a tough situation, this I am aware of. I was crystal clear about that to Alex on the phone. I was not planning on buying a car at all this year so I am certainly not prepared for it with large money down and other issues this year that hit me put the hurt on my normally stellar credit. But when someone shoves you in to another car on the highway, then flees the scene, what choice do you have but to find a way to make it work. I get an approval at a different dealer on something that will work well, but it requires more down than I can afford under the circumstances. They suggest an online lender that ends up selling my information to another couple of dealers. This is unfortunate, but I know this is a possibility and I don't fault Maita for buying leads, everyone does. The problem is Alex calls me off this application, tells me that they can and in fact already have approved me for what I was looking for total loan amount wise, at the down payment I need, but of course I have to buy from them. Good news though, apparently they have an almost identical car, and even better yet, though it's a little more expensive than the one I am already approved on, they won't be beat on price so I should alter my day and get in right away. I do, cutting out of work early, I get there only to have the first person claim not to know who Alex is. The second person finds him after a 30+ minute delay. They trot out a "manager". They trot out a "finance specialist". (Alex had claimed to be the finance specialist who had already approved me earlier on the phone). The car is nowhere to be seen. Alex and the "manager" disappear for 30 minutes, come back and ask about other cars. I refuse. They disappear again. I wait... And I wait... And I wait some more. On the phone 5 hours earlier, I had told Alex I have to be at an appointment at 7pm, and it's after 6 now. I also had filled out a whole application online and "been approved already" yet I was required to fill out another application on site. Still no sign of the car either, no idea if it is worth the no money they are asking, nothing but time ticking by. Remember, I have an approval, this just started because I was trying to find a better, more workable deal at this price point on this specific car. I can't wait anymore and don't like the secret negotiations when most dealers are honest and up front so I get someone to find Alex. "Manager" comes with him and attempts to strong arm me in to a lesser car at a higher price point (relative to value) that would only make qualifying harder, but the dealer would get a bigger kick back. Here's the bait and switch, and why you should never trust these dealers. Yes I am a hard deal to get done, I know this. It is not impossible. But selling me an older car, at a bigger margin to the dealer, also means a bigger incentive to the dealer from the bank. The idea that I cannot, and will not ever be approved on the car I want is a bald lie these guys told. The lenders don't care which car I buy, only that I can pay the bill, and if I don't, that the car will still be worth what I still owe roughly. Promising the car I desire then trying to switch me to a lesser one only benefits them. It's a very old Con in the used car sales game which is the reason for the stereotype of the used car salesman. Do not trust this dealership, do not fall for their games, and be perfectly happy to walk out when they try to wear you down by keeping you waiting for 2 hours there like that. I was not the only one either, a father and son were kept waiting for hours never being shown the car they were promised right across from me and they were equally pissed. Classic con job bait-and-switch just stay away from here. I'd give one star if I could.

True Start Battery Sold buy Toyota Dealers

I am not happy how the Toyota True Start battery performed I bought a new one but It did not even last for 36 months it's true that they have 24 months full replacement warranty but after 24 months that would be prorated. In my case they give me 50 percent of if you do the math I still loose money why: Paid for First battery : $ 130.00 it last only for 32 months Paid for Second Battery: $ 65..00 I don't know how long will it last Let's assume this will last 33 months so 33 + 32 = 65 months or 5.4 years this is the normal life span you will get for a very good battery that will cost around $140.00. So I feel like they took advantage of me on that part.

The best service

I was afraid my car was doing what it was doing before I paid $5000 to get it fixed. I worked with Brian and he was amazing. Accommodated my schedule during his busy holiday weekend. Explained and showed me what was happening with my car. Reassured me that he would stick with my if there were to be future problems. He even went and got my car for me so I did not have to wait in line. He was amazing.
