This was my first Toyota Car to own. I liked the professionalism and the humbleness of the sales consultant Jeremey Coffelt. He was very welcoming, and detailed, and process our application in very reasonable time. The dealership all in all is amazing, the staff was helpful and friendly. the food they serve, the water, and you b feel home and welcomed. 'Thank you, Adam, from the financial team, Thank you, Jeremy, for your professional work ethics. They helped me to drop the rental car at the airport, and gave me ride back with my purchased car .. thank you that really great favor to me. I would recommend this dealership!

This dealer has the worst customer service. Majority of the people that work here are just in it for the commission and it doesn't matter what they sell to the customer as long as they sell it. They dont try to work with you to get a good deal. Since they couldn't cut me a good deal on 2017 Corolla, I went to Maita Toyota and got the same car, less price and few gifts.

I took my 2005 Tacoma in for spring recall they installed the springs and did not put my truck back like they got it. They told my after they did the work that the level kit was not going to be put back on and they trashed my old parts. I talked to the manager and he took me to the service manager and the service manager said they should not have touch my truck because I had a level kit on it. He said he would check into it that was almost a month ago. So I have gotten a attorney . We will be going to court Toyota must thank because I don't have the money they have I don't have rights. I will prove them wrong see you in court

Elk Grove Toyota is top notch in customer service! Pete Johnson is an excellent sales consultant with tremendous experience and knowledge! He even took the time to pair my phone to the car, set up voice command and showed me all the awesome features in the car. He gave us honest and straightforward answers to all of our questions and concerns! Chris Her also gave excellent service in the finance department! I've had multiple purchases from other dealerships and Pete and Chris hands down made this the fastest and easiest experience out of all of them! We will definitely be coming back here for all of our future Toyota purchases!

This by fair was my most pleasant car buying experience. The price was agreed upon before me arriving at the dealership and paperwork was already started prior to my arrival. There was no hassle and I was in and out of the dealership in about 45 minutes.

2nd toyota from Jeremy Coffelt and sure isn't like the old DAYS WHEN i HATED TO BUY A CAR. It was a good price on the new car and a good tradein price on my old car. Finance papers are still like buying a house. It must be that my first house was a lot less money. Being old isn't for sissys . I'll be buying my next highlander from Jeremy
