Great Experience!

We had another car that was pretty new that was in a lease. I just showed up to sit in a new Camry to see how I liked it. There were a few salesmen outside when I pulled up. One met me at the car and helped me. I said all I wanted was to sit in a Camry and get a brochure on a Camry. Then we started talking about my current car. I told Johnathan "Hutch" Hutchison that I was in a current lease and I didn't want to waste his time. He said no problem do you want to see if I can get you into a 2017 Camry. I again said that I didn't want to waste his time but we proceeded. I called to get the payoff on my current lease and they all took my word for it that it was the correct amount. I think they could tell that I don't lie and that I don't like liars either. So, we haggled a little bit back and forth on price but there was never any pressure to buy a new Camry. I've had too many different vehicles to even remember. I have bought many different brands at many different dealerships. This was a very pleasant experience as far as my stress level because I always stress out at dealerships. I guess it's just how I am but I think many people do. At Elk Grove Toyota I wasn't stressed. I already had a nice car but I like the Camry more. Now I'm driving a new 2017 Camry SE that I really like. They paid off my lease and made me a deal that I couldn't refuse. The car I had was two years old and a similar priced car. When I called my insurance company because of all of the safety features on the Camry, my monthly payment only raised by $1.96. Thank you very much "Hutch", Jay Chhim as a Sales Manager and Lee Saeteune as the finance guy. Everybody at this dealership bent over backwards for me. Everybody that I ran into was genuinely nice and helpful at every turn. Thanks again and I'll try to send some friends and family to Elk Grove Toyota in Elk Grove, CA. When I like a company I brag about them!

Awesome experience

James McGaha at Elk Grove Toyota gave me an amazing deal on a 2017 Toyota Corolla. He listened to me on what I wanted and could afford and he delivered. Not only that he went above and beyond uninstalling my SIRIUS XM from my old Corolla. This is my my 5th car from Elk GrI've Toyota and will not go anywhere else for a vehicle. Thank you James.

Happy buying experience

Not only did I get a better price than what I hoped but I feel I've meet a friend that I would be happy doing business with again as well as referring to friends and family. I'm very proud to own my new cool corolla with the new dark blue/green metallic color. Oh yes, the corolla really handles well.

It was worth the trip. We were not dissapointed.

We knew what we wanted and James went the extra mile to track down the vehicle that we wanted and get it to the dealership. We live three hours from Elk Grove and were a little leery about making the long drive and having a poor experience. We definitely were not disappointed! Everything went smoothly thanks to James. The whole experience was handled efficiently and professionally. We have already recommended James and your dealership to several people. We love our new Highlander!

Listened and followed through

I walked in with a defensive attitude due to a past experience with a different company. The salesman at elk grove toyota listened to my needs and requests. I walked out with the car I wanted and the price I could afford.
