Great experience for new car purchase

I purchase the 2017 Camry LE via emails with Peter Johnson, the Fleet Internet Manager. We settler down the selling price before we visit the dealership. Both Peter and Nai Saechao were very helpful to get the deal done within a reasonably short time frame. Nai get us the maximum allowed credit charge which we do not have to the transfer cash from our other account. Both of them are very courtesy and knowledgeable. We like the dealership due to these good service oriented staff.

Salesmen Jerry Her A++++

Wife and I will be expecting our #4 child which brought us to EK auto mall for 2017 Sienna. After 30 sec from pulling up to dealership Mr. Her approached us with great act of kindness and flawless car knowledge. He's friendly and straight up guy with no xx, which was why we ended up buying the car. I"m very pleased with his service and help. Keep up the great work. Cons: Sales team very pushy with sales price and difficult to negotiate with. This is my 5th purchase of a new car within the past 5 years and I must say they can do better. Also Dealership should highly consider wiping out tablet when a customers fills in their info. I recall seeing so many pervious credit application info that I had to asked Sales team to clear my personal info.

Quick and Easy!

Friendly sale man; comfortable to work with. Showing us around and all the option that meet our needed. Many options and choice (in stock). I did most of the "shopping" online before I came to the dealership, they have pretty good deal and service. Get the car I want on the same day coming to the dealer, which is nice.

Great experience at Elk Grove Toyota w. Brian Rea

Recently I leased a 201& Toyota Corolla from Brian Rea at Elk Grove Toyota. Brian made my experience (a newbie to leasing, and to Toyota) as easy and pleasant as possible. He gave so much care to being sure I had everything that I needed to drive away confident and happy with my new car. My experience with him was truly memorable and beyond any kind of purchase experience I have ever had. Everyone else there at Elk Grove who facilitated the transaction or prepared the car or made sure I understood how everything worked also did a great job. I highly recommend Brian Rea at Elk Grove Toyota to you if you are considering getting a Toyota.

Good Service

Excellent servicereceived text car was ready an hour earlier than anticipated, except they had a 4 hour lag to be picked up by shuttle so had to wait 3 hours to be piscked up.

New 2017 RAV4

I was very indecisive between two trims, but I'm happy Jeremy was able to get me a new low mileage RAV4 in the trim and color I wanted. Jeremy and the rest of the Elk Grove Toyota team (Victoria Lynch, Sabrina Bartholomew, Nai Saechao) made my new car buying experience painless and easy. Johnny is a great guy
