Michael Hamilton from the very beginning phone call concerning a used car his dealership had for sale was a gentleman. He facilitated the sale of the car to a close friend of mine and held our hands throughout the entire sale process. He explained every sales detail, including some federal and state regulations with grace. There was NEVER any pressure nor problems regarding communication as his manner of facilitating learning by the purchaser was easy. We were also in contact with two individuals in the finance department as they were the persons involved in creating most of the paperwork. They were Tracy Nichols and Duane Gazzigli.
