Waited for 4 hours for my oil change & tire rotation, came back, parked my car and when I was about to go work, it showed low tire pressure. Called to see what I can do, a guy hang up on me twice and the lady just told me to come back to Kaneohe. I honestly don’t understand why they get high reviews.

On 3/19/26 we test drove 2 cars with Robert Hennessy. We chose a CRV but we could not agree on a deal that day. The next day we got an email from Melfred Ramos (manager) telling us he can make a deal happen for us for sure. Then we got a call from the salesman the next day 3/23/26 and we agreed on the price. We also set up an appt for the next day at 11:30AM to pick up the car. Just a few hrs after that call, we got a text from the salesman saying the car is sold. I want to stress THEY REACHED OUT TO US PUSHING TO MAKE A DEAL HAPPEN, AND AFTER ALL WAS SET UP FOR US TO PICK UP THE CAR THE NEXT MORNING, THEY ACTED LIKE NONE OF THIS HAPPENED AND SOLD THE CAR. THESE PEOPLE HAVE NO INTEGRITY, NO PROFESSIONALISM, NO RESPECT FOR THEIR CUSTOMERS AND NO MORALS!!! BE PREPARED THIS MAY HAPPEN TO YOU IF YOU DEAL WITH THEM

Hi Shari, Thank you again for your feedback, and I sincerely apologize for the frustration this situation caused. I do want to clarify a few things, as there was no intention to mislead you in any way. When you were here, you did have the opportunity to move forward with the CR-V, and we did lower our price in an effort to come to an agreement. At that time, it was also communicated that the vehicle could be sold at any moment, as we operate on a strict first come, first served basis with all pre-owned vehicles and do not hold them. Because the vehicle was not finalized, another customer came in and completed the purchase prior to your scheduled pickup. That said, I completely understand how this still feels frustrating on your end, especially after setting an appointment. We should have reinforced that communication more clearly, and I take responsibility for that. We truly value the opportunity to earn your business, and if you’re open to it, I would personally like to help you find another vehicle and make sure your experience is handled the right way. The tires were original (2020 Honda Fit) and after looking at available brands, he suggested several compatible brands and I asked if he could write a note in my vehicle’s service log. My tire pressure light came up a few weeks later (on time, as it would for how I drive) and I waited for my check engine light (oil change!) to make an appointment. The warranty has been amazing to keep this car as good as it can be. Easy appointment made and each person was patient and efficient to get me checked in, notified when my car was ready, and straight to payment. Pleasant morning all the way around - thank you, Justin and Staff and Honda Windward!
