You should add Service Department to the selection.

You should add Service Department to the selection. I came for service to my car so do you think I should work with the Sales Department or Management Department? If the reason for my visit is service then of course I go to Service Department not the sales or finance department. Where is the Common Sense? The service of this dealer is terrible. I am not sure if their technicians are well-trained, professional, experienced, or beginner. Every time they make a service to my car, they always make a problem. Like braking some clips, miss to put back some parts, and damaging some parts of the car too. Be observant. Be always aware of what they are servicing to your car. Take a look and maybe take some pictures first to the parts they are servicing. So you have evidence later in case they blame you for something that you did not do. The poorest quality of service I have experienced is from this dealer.

Just purchased a new 2022 Honda Civic Touring from Brian.

Just purchased a new 2022 Honda Civic Touring from Brian. Great interaction from the very beginning with both Brian and the dealership. Brian helped me locate the vehicle that I wanted, kept me informed as it was arriving, and made the delivery process seamlessly simple. Was impressed by Brian's knowledge of all the new vehicles systems and functions, he showed me how to use everything - even all the new tech. The vehicle orientation was greatly appreciated and I know they are a continuing resource for me if I need additional assistance. Really great experience and a big thank you to Brian for his kindness and professional help.

Brian was super flexible with my busy schedule.

Brian was super flexible with my busy schedule. I work everyday, so it was difficult to keep the appointments I made. I texted him when I was able to finally meet and test drive some vehicles. I thought I wanted brand new, but the prices were more than I wanted to pay. He patiently went over each vehicle price with me answered the questions I had, and let me drive the cars and truck I wanted. I settled for a certified pre-owned civic. I knew I wanted a great deal and for a low APR for financing. Brian helped me get the best deal with the down payment I was willing to give. I didn’t feel like I was pressured into buying anything I didn’t feel I really liked. I liked that I felt comfortable with Brian and not looked down on. My first car purchase experience wasn’t the best, as I didn’t know what questions to ask. This was my second car purchase experience and best experience and I would go back to Brian and Pacific Honda. They really do treat you like family. Mahalo!

Perfect experience - Be sure to ask for Bob

Perfect experience, start to finish. Best Honda Dealer in Hawaii - hands down! Be sure to ask for Bob when looking for a new/used car, he matched me with the knowledgeable sales manager who took care of us like we were family. 5* would recommend!

Not a Happy Honda Lover

Only purchased because there are no other new cars available period. Wasn't too confident in my salesman and financial officer had a bad attitude. His gruff intro was by letting me know he may not be able to answer all my financing questions before even telling me his name. Spoke to both about the lack of customer service as I didn't feel like a valued customer. No incentives offered at all because it's the pandemic and no one else is offering they said. Overall atmosphere was "buy the car or don't because there will be someone else who wants it if not you." Also, got a flat tire within 24hrs of buying car and Pacific Honda did nothing to help me. Their slogan of "we treat you like family" is a joke. Will never purchase here again and cannot in good faith recommend this place to others.

3 weeks to fix a warranty issue. Sad excuse for a service department. They don’t answer the phone and when you leave a message it takes them 3 days to call you back. Line up to check in is ridiculous

At Pacific Honda "Service", it felt like they take...

At Pacific Honda "Service", it felt like they take delight in frustrating customers with policies and semantics!! Or in this case, a "misunderstanding!" On 7/1/2021, the Engine Light came on after getting serviced for a fuel pump recall. I called Honda "Service" to make another appointment, and they said the 19th. Really? Advisor mentions I could do a "walk-up." She explains "but they cannot work on my vehicle until everyone's car with an appointment is finished first." Thats understandable so I said I’ll be dropping it off the next day. She said come around 10 am. I explained that if I dropped it off early, I could just walk home (2 miles) while it’s still cool. She said OK…… AND NOTHING ELSE!! Next morning, I was first in line to drop off my vehicle and SURPRISE, they won't check me in. Agent explains to be "fair" I'll needed to WAIT until everyone for that day is checked in. "FAIR?" I said I’m just dropping it off and they can just work on it if/when time allows! "NO," the Advisor eventually came out and explains she made a mistake and what she meant to say was, not only won’t they work on it until the others with appointments are addressed, but they won’t even check me in!!?? These kinds of "misunderstandings" are so easily avoidable with an ounce of communication!! I argued with the Agents for about 10 minutes about their practice and lack of communication, then when the time came, it took all of two minutes to sign me in!! I think people are basically nice as they appeared, but it also seems this Pacific Honda "Service" takes delight in watching you get frustrated and will argue with you just to make they're point!! I love my Honda, but I dread the idea of going to Pacific Honda which happens to be closest to my home!!! I got my truck back 18 days later, thank goodness!

DONT RECOMMEND SHOPPING ONLINE

I tried to purchase the car online to avoid car dealership bs haggling etc. I got a good price, approved and hoping for the car delivered car to my place. I was contacted by sales person so I visited the shop, hoping will be a sales formality and getting familiar with the place. However, they tried to run again my social and gave a me a new price 3600 dollars higher than I was originally approved. it is such BS. dont deal with them. I dont care about supply and demand.
