I feel like a sucker. I bought a new 2026 Corolla because of the warranty.. its nothing but a fake sense of assurance.. 6 months in and the battery fails and they refuse to cover it under warranty. They said they have a machine that instantly tells if the battery is bad.. but still charged me $125 labor to diagnose and $75 to install the battery.. two nuts for $75? Autozone has a better battery warranty than a new Corolla. Autozone honors their 2yr 100% money back warranty.. no questions asked.. I've experienced this. Save yourself $5-7k and buy 3-4 yrs old with 20k-30k miles...not new from a dealer because they will find any excuse and blame you, so they won't honor their warranty. Wasted money. Life's lessons. Never again. Signed - sucker owner of a new Corolla

We had the best experience ever with Vitale. He made sure we got exactly what we wanted and got us the best deal he could. Have and would recommend to anyone.

We had an excellent experience with Vitaly. He was authentic, knowledgeable, and patient. We are very happy with our purchase. Also our son purchased a car here 17 years ago. He is quite particular, but he was happy with his purchase as well. The interior of the dealership is clean with a lot of comfortable seating and snacks.

Techs are either rushing or incompetent. 2nd time in a row now after an oil change they have left an air hose disconnected. I hope they just knocked it loose on accident and they aren't purposely trying to scam people but twice in a row is getting suspicious.

Had a great experience with Giorgio. Enjoyed working with him, very helpful in the car buying process. He is honest an upfront about what the process is to keep his customers informed, allowing us to make the best informed decisions. Dan did a great job, but regarding my experience, it was mixed. I brought the vehicle in for ceramic coating. Which I feel was done adequately. But it was also brought in for issues with the speakers rattling. I showed dan the rattle, he said he heard it and I wasn't crazy. He assured me they'd get it figured out. They had the vehicle for 2 or 3 days. Somone from service called me to ask for an additional day to figure out the speaker rattle issue. The day after they asked for another day. They called me, to say they figured out what the issue with my speaker was and my vehicle was ready. I asked Dan what the issue was, he said there was something loose in the door pannel and they installed a "door pannel kit" to address vibration. He even sent a tech out to double check, there was no audible vibration and assured me for a second time, the rattle/vibration issue was gone. I showed up and took possession of my vehicle. I then played 2 songs, only to immediately notice the rattle in the speak was still present. Unfortunately, I didn't have the time to spare, so I had to leave. So. This issue was definitely not resolved, despite being told more then once it was. Lastly. When I financed the vehicle. I was sold a full clear wrap paint protection. To which I found out was already installed on the vehicle. So the cost of an additional clear wrap was added to the financing. I was told this would be refunded to the bank. But I am unsure of how this will be rectified. Overall, there seems to be some small issues in service. Regarding the " speaker fix" and selling things to customers that wete already installed on the vehicle. But everyone was very polite and tried they're best to be helpful. I feel 3 out of 5 stars accurately represents my experience with Gresham toyota so far. Don't be too hard on Dan, it's not his fault the tech didn't fix the issue and told him it was fixed. Nor was it his fault regarding the clear wrap issue. Dan did a good job.
