I shopped around for a mech for awhile.
I shopped around for a mech for awhile. I settled on lithia for their professionalism and confidence in their work. My Tacoma has 450,000 miles and knowing that Toyota mechs were working on it gives me confidence that it’ll make the half million club.

I will most likely never buy from anyone else ever again.
I will most likely never buy from anyone else ever again. This is my 3rd car in 3 years, and my 3rd dealership. They were upfront, helpful, and kind. My appointment was at 1:30 and I was driving away by 4:30 (most of this time was spent looking at and test-driving vehicles). They were never pushy, online, via text, in person with the sales or finance team. They offered snacks and drinks, the offered space and time to think. They had entertainment for my mom and son who came to help pick the car. The show room was clean and comfortable. I had 4 people help me over the course of 2 months while I waited for the perfect car and never did I have a negative interaction. They were patient in explaining my different options and honest!!! I have always used the description "used car salesman" to describe someone slimy and dishonest, but after my experience with Litha I will never think of used car salesman the same way again. Thank You Lithia Team!
