Wanna Lepe provided exceptional service. She took my call first thing Tuesday morning, agreed to let me have it towed to Lithia in Springfield, and said though they were booked, they would try to look at my car as soon as they could. Within an hour I had a call and estimate and by 3pm a call my car would be ready soon. Thank you for taking the time, and providing such exceptional service! Many thanks to the mechanics who worked expeditiously to get my alternator and battery replaced!! I appreciate y'all!!
