Painless
Josh was very helpful, observant, and friendly. I had a pleasing experience and the job was completed faster than estimated. These five words needed for completion. Okay, so it was six. Oh no, I just added 5 more! Help! Seriously, it was a pleasant experience.

quick, trustworthy, friendly.
Service member greeted me right away, was upbeat and very fun. the whole staff was friendly and warm. My toddler roamed around and everyone embraced him and talked to him as if they were all family friends. the service was quick, a bit expensive for our young family, but the peace of mind associated with the impeccable work is worth it.

Simple and easy
I scheduled a test drive over the internet. I arrived at the dealer and test drove a Honda Pilot Elite. The sales person was very helpful. I returned home and negotiated the final sale price over the internet. I picked up the car the next day. There was no pressure and the experience was the best I've ever had purchasing a car.

They had the right car,right price, and low interest rates!
We have always bought Honda’s. When our 2003 Honda Pilot With 235,000 miles couldn’t get over the hill, we had it towed to Lithia dealership. They took good care of us and our problem! They had the right car at the right price and financed it at a great rate. Our salesman was knowledgeable, applied no pressure, and guided us through all the things we needed to do to pick out the right car for us.

Not the normal Lithia buying experience.
Honda must have something to do/say how Lithia conducts business with its products. I have been to several of their dealerships over the years (never a Honda) and I can tell you firsthand there was no swarm of salesmen, high pressure situations and not the normal back and forth waisting your time like the other Lithia dealerships. Nick Aubel was our salesman and he is low key and down to earth. We purchased two vehicles from him and I would highly recommend him for future transactions.
