Great service!

We had my 2006 Honda Accord serviced, 4 new tires added, some paint touched up, brake fluid cleaned, and fully detailed for a good price. I'm particularly grateful to Josh for his efficient arrangements and responsive communications. Thank you. Lavina Miller

Bought a 2017 Honda

First I should say that for me, the experience of buying a car has been akin to getting teeth pulled (without a painkiller). Having said that, my recent experience at Lithia Honda was NOT like the old days. My salesmen (Daniel and Mark) were very professional, really knew their stuff and sold us the car without the high-pressure tactics of my past experiences.

Courteous, knowledgeable and all round friendly

While recently having the airbag replaced in my 2012 Honda Fit (that I bought there back then) my husband and I had the pleasure of meeting Holly Mrkvicka-Moore. She was very understanding that we weren't in the market for buying a car since I had just paid mine off a few months prior and was enjoying having the extra money. I asked her to show us around and were we impressed! She has ALOT of knowledge about cars. Seriously! It was fun looking around with her and asking her questions. She also gave us some food for thought to take home when we do decide to purchase. And I do know that Lithia Honda in Medford will be our purchasing location. Holly is a REAL GEM. Excellent experience!

Mark T was extremely helpful throughout our sales experience. His knowledge of the vehicles we were interested in was thorough, and his friendly manner made our entire visit very pleasant - no pressure, very professional! When it is time to purchase another vehicle for our family, we will definitely come back to Lithia Honda and ask for Mark T.

No hassle, no pressure

We very much appreciate the no hassle, no pressure approach to buying our new Odyssey. Our sales representative made an effort to learn as much as they could to make sure we knew how everything worked and what our new vehicle was capable of. We had a minor DVD screen issue after we drove off the lot, and they made sure to stay in communication with the service department and it was resolved quickly. Easiest car buying experience we've had. We're glad we made the switch to a minivan and thrilled with our new Odyssey.
