Great Experience

I travel 3 hrs to this location to have my oil service done. I have a location 1 hr from me but these guys are very nice and caring

Lithia Honda Service rescued vacation car repair

I was visiting family here in southern Oregon when a power window switch broke on my '11 Accord. It left me with a driver window down in a heat wave! The Lithia Honda service staff was able to get my car right into the service queue and assessed the problem and secured the part from up north in a timely fashion. The car was repaired within approx. 24 hours of the switch breaking. I lost a little vacation adventure time but the Lithia Honda service dept helped keep that to an absolute minimum. Thank you Lithia Honda Service Dept!!! * My rating of the price is no reflection on the service dept staff or Lithia Honda, it's just my opinion of "dealer" service labor costs. Perhaps that is why I take my car to a licensed certified independent Honda mechanic in So Cal. **I would like to add that there were a couple of names that I would have listed had I could remember what they were! Additionally, I have been a Honda owner for approx. 30 years and the Lithia Honda Service dept. held up the quality of the Honda brand that I have grown to appreciate all of those years.

In a pinch

We were on a trip to California and our car died. Lithia got us on the road in a brand new Pilot within hours. Thanks.

Honda Service is excellent.

My car was serviced quickly and efficiently. Josh is a excellent service advisor. Paul is very helpful and kind. Both these guys are wonderful employees and I look forward to my next service appointment.

Excellent service always

We have owned only Honda since the 1980s and wouldn't change to another brand. We service and buy our cars at Lithia Honda in Medford, OR, since we moved here from the East Coast almost two years ago, always to our full satisfaction. The staff are always eager to help. The Technicians are very competent. Service is always prompt and fast. I highly recommend.

Recall service

Finally got the two recall services (air bag and door lock safety issues) done on my CRV. Since it was a longer process than the usual half-hour express service I usually go in for, they gave me a complimentary rental car so that I could go home and get work done while the service was being done. Most helpful! Also gave me the opportunity to inquire about Honda's new all-electric and plug-in hybrid which I'll be looking in to next year.

Attentive Service

Josh was quick to welcome me at the service desk. He listened to my specific needs in addition to the routine oil change and "trip check".. When the service was done he reassured me that the specific concerns I had were properly addressed. He was thorough in going over things with me, Thanks to Josh please.

serviced car

I came in yesterday for an oil change and a brake fluid change. Jayson Wolgamott was my service advisor and did an excellant job! During the vehicle inspection he informed that I needed a new battery which we had installed. Also they rotated my tires as requested. I purchased our CRV from you and have all the service work done with you and have always been very happy with the service department.

Good experience at Lithia Honda!

We were able to keep our car buying experience on pleasant terms, despite it being a situation that no one is excited about. The sales team were very accomodating with our schedule, staying late ensuring that all questions were answered.
