Honda CRV
I was surprised during the meeting with the finance representative that the final price for the life time oil change that was agreed upon during the negotiation process was not the final finance price I paid. The final price was $50.00 more than what was agreed upon. I understand that prices are not final until the meeting with the finance rep, but it would have been a 100% positive experience if I had known that the price during the negotiation process was the same as the final price.

Honda never let's me down

Tire repair
I went to my dealership because of a leaking air in my tire. We talked about the next step in the process of what was happening. The tire would be checked for what was causing the leak and they would see if it could be repaired. I was shown the screw and also a picture of the screw in the tire and lo and behold it was repaired and I was able to be on my way. My Service Advisor checked back with me along the way so I knew how much more time it would take to correct my problem. I was very pleased with the courtesy and helpfulness shown to me!!

Not what i wanted but nice car
We got a car its nice the kids like it also would be nice for the place to be more kid friendly. The guy that helped use very awesome he dident turn his back on my autistic 16vyear old he played and talked to her that made our experience much more better

How many times can one say she enjoys going to her car dealer for service. The folks at Lithia Honda are wonderful. The facility is bright, airy, comfortable, and they just exude a sense of service and hospitality.

Great service
I dropped my car off for service that would take about 2 1/2 - 3 hours. The service representative came out to meet me when I got out of the car, he was aware of my appointment and had me checked in in no time at all. Two hours later he called to let me know the car was ready. The service reps at this dealership have always been friendly and efficient and have never tried to "sell up" additional service that was not needed.
