Minor Service
I brought my Accord Hybrid for oil change and tire rotation. All fluid levels and filters were checked as well as brakes and tire wear. The filters are still OK after 10 Months operation of this car.

Five Star Service
I was a guest to Lithia Honda. I live in another town but they graciously changed my oil and did another 15,000 mile service. My dog was welcomed and the time I waited flew by. I will go again when in the area.

Replacing A/C Compressor
The staff was extremely helpful. The completed the repair thoroughly and as quickly as the could. The service technician showed me pictures of the damage to my A/C compressor and explained what was wrong with it. Even though the repair could not be completed in a single day, they still sent the shuttle to pick me up from work/school and drop me off at home, which was above and beyond anything I expected. Thank you for your help!

Totally honest salesman.
Billy Day of Lithia Honda in Medford was more concerned with helping me find the right vehicle even if it meant I would have to shop somewhere else. I really came by to view a used vehicle for my daughter, which was already sold. After talking to him about my daughter's needs and also reviewing some bad experiences at other lots while looking at a few vehicles for my wife, Billy agreed that the vehicles I was looking at would be very good choices and even told me where I could shop to get the experience that would satisfy me. By then I was willing to view Hondas vehicle in the same class. I was happy with the vehicle and it performed at the same level as the other brands. Because of Billy, Honda got my business and I hope to do more with Billy. Even after getting the sale and having the opportunity to close another full sale, Billy chose to refer a frien and split a sale with another sales rep. I even told Billy that it would be ok if he serviced the client. Billy is not a salesperson, he is Car specialist, someone who cares about making lasting friends rather than getting every sale, but becaus of his genuine caring personality I'm sure he does quite well selling Hondas.
