Lithia Honda of Medford: Good Hondas

We went in looking for replacement car to our saturn. Shannon had the perfect car that had just come on lot. We bought it before they could detail it. But we were able to take it back and get it detailed. I was told by shannon that they would top off gas tank due to it being half full. It was not topped off. Overall car is great! It runs good except for a power steering sound, looks new. It is a good commuter car, and we love it. My father has bought 2 previous hondas from you guys.

NEW CAR PURCHASE

As seniors, we do not look forward to having to purchase a new vehicle. We found this buying experience to be rather painless. Must give credit to the initial salesperson, whom ultimately was there from the beginning to the end of the transaction. He gave us the impression that he was really concerned with our needs in a car. We really can't comment beyond that about the dealership, because we only dealt directly with the salesperson.

Great Service Department

Took my car in for service because of a strange noise under the hood and to have a couple minor things done. Josh in the service department is awesome, he made sure I was completely satisfied with all work done and wasn't bothered by my ocdness about my car. My 2004 Accord is just like new again thanks to Josh and his crew, they are the only ones I trust for service / maintenance on my car.

Great experience, great car!

The salesman was great, they say no pressure, Honda's sell themselves and that was true! They were very willing to work with me to make sure I got what I wanted, it was a very easy process. This is the second car I have bought from Lithia Honda and I will defiantly buy from them again.

Fast and friendly

Nate was great. Went in for a routine oil change. He pointed out a few extras that were recommended for the mileage on my van, but wasn't pushy at all.
