Lithia Honda in Medford

Lithia Honda's physical plant has been so much improved by the transfer to Crater Lake Avenue that shop work is an entirely different business. There are plenty of comfortable places to wait, for one thing, and about twice as many service bays. I had an oil change, that's all. But it only took about 20 minutes start to finish. That's great. At the former location it was a 2 hour wait, minimum

We were looking for a new or used Honda Civic or Accord. We were looking around the lot and a were approached by a nice lady, who was very helpful in looking at and test driving different models. She was not pushy, for which we were very grateful, she was helpful. We did not buy a vehicle at that time but went home and did some online checking and even went to other dealerships looking around. Several days later we came back and were happy to see she was there to help us do some more looking and test driving. We decided to go ahead and buy a new Honda Accord. She did everything she could to make us comfortable during the drawn out negotiations and purchase.

Quick in and out. It took about a half hour to get this done today.
