Overall I think the service dept. does an excellent job. I am a little discouraged that I recently had a defective sun visor replaced at no charge because it was under warranty. Within a couple of years the replacement is defective, but since my warranty is up the defective replacement isn't covered. Shouldn't replacement parts also be under some sort of warranty?
