My auto purchase at Lithia Honda of Medford

Having worked with two separate individuals when making this purchase, I can say that I could not have had a better experience in what is sometimes a stressful situation. These were two fine individuals who are a credit to their company.

Battery replacement

Overall the process was great, minus the 3 hour wait. I realize it's busy and that's hard to control but had someone warned me of the time it would take I wouldn't have stayed. Really clean nice building, awesome customer service, beautiful shiny new Honda's. I love Honda and everything they produce so I can never stay mad :)

Lithia Honda of Medford

The sales staff was very friendly and knowledgeable. When they say not push, no pressure, they mean it! I never once experienced the pushy salesmen attitude one expects when going to a car lot. Which is more than I can say for the other Lithia stores I visited. In fact I almost didn't stop there because of how annoyed i was with their neighboring Lithia stores, but now I'm happy I did. My salesman never handed me off to deal with the "money man". He worked with me all the way through from test drives to signing the final papers and all the price negotiation in between. I could not be more satisfied. Plus I love my new Honda! It gets great gas mileage, is classy and cute to look at, the interior is clean and comfortable, and it has lots of zip on the road. I will definitely be coming back, though probably not for a long time as Honda's last forever.

Greatest experience and top customer service

I purchased a new 2015 Honda Accord Sport. Billy Day and his team worked very hard on getting me into a vehicle which not only fit my budget but fit my personality and driving routines. I have never had such an amazing experience at a car dealership. From the ability to drive multiple vehicles just to make sure I was purchasing a vehicle that I loved, to showing all different options and styles that come with each vehicle so I could clearly see the differences and benefits of each vehicle, to the customer service never feeling pressured to make a decision. I can honestly and full heartedly say that if you are unsure of a vehicle they will take the time to compare each option for you, Even if it isn't a vehicle from their lot. I am completely in love with my car and I never thought that could happen!! Thank you for all of your help and guidance and giving me the time to pick the perfect vehicle for me!! Go see Billy Day at Honda, you won't regret it!!

Lithia Honda in Medford was great!

Had an excellent experience at Lithia Honda in Medford. Worked with Tony Rios as our salesperson, and he was great to work with -- he began our conversation over the phone, researched available cars and options that were present on their lot, and called back right away. He stayed in touch all through the process (which was important to us since we drove from Eugene to Medford to purchase our car), and had everything lined up once we arrived at the dealership. The purchase documents had already been started with their finance department, which made the process of signing as efficient as it could be. Very pleased with the facilities in Medford, and our entire experience -- and incredibly pleased with the 2016 Honda PIlot we're now driving!

Swap out recalled airbag

Came in for a warranty replacement on the recalled airbag. Everything was super fast and contact was great.

GREAT SERVICE

Great service and pretty fast. Only bummer is that I had my tires rotated and the next day the warning light for tire pressure came on. I do really like the dealership.

2015 Honda CRV TOURING

Our service was great by Steve. We don't know if the problem is fixed because they said either a software problem and they updated it or could be something else. We will know soon. If the TPMS light comes on again.

I have the "lifetime" oil change program for my Odyssey. The shop was busy that morning when I drove in at About 8: 10am. I thought I would need to come back another day because I had a 10:30am appointment. However, the man who greeted me said to drive ahead and they would get my needed service done. I said "OK" but really a bit skeptical... Well, they completed the service by 9:45am and I was on my way. Jason (I think that's correct) was helpful as one of the service reps. at the check - in area. Thanks Jason and all.
